Bed-ridden, William Thornton was having great fun with his alter ego Tex in his dreams. Then he realized that his almost superhero friend was actually interacting with real people while he was dreaming. Understanding this became a great challenge for William, until Tex discovered that this interaction primarily centered around one beautiful redhead. Only then with the revelation of her also having almost unimaginable powers; did William come to the conclusion that they were actually predestined to be together for some odd reason.
