A group of terrorists strike numerous times in the heart of Steeler Country; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The attacks kill dozens of innocent people. Coming out of recovery from a heart transplant, Lieutenant David L. Rose returns along with his two sidekicks, Quillie and The Sarge, until they hunt down the savages.
