Susan Browne is a spiritual and well-being coach with a wealth of experience helping others connect with angels and raise their vibration. A teacher of the Diana Cooper School of White Light and a qualified Guild of Energists trainer, she has developed her own intuitive style of tapping with the guidance of angels. Introduction
Angel EFT and the Chakras
I have arranged this book into 12 chapters representing the 12 fifth-dimensional chakras, each with lessons and exercises. We begin at the earth star chakra and move upwards from there. Naturally, each stage can take different amounts of time, depending on how long you need. I encourage readers to practise the exercises regularly to get the most from this book. Take time to receive and absorb.
Use a specially dedicated notebook or journal, and make notes of your experiences. Join with like-minded friends and arrange meetings to try some of the exercises together and discuss. Angels and angelic beings flock to groups where angels are spoken about, and so the blessings magnify.
For your personal journey, some sections may take longer to understand or master, and there’s no need to rush. Keep coming back to what you need. We are bombarded with information and options and there is a tendency to want to finish, and get on to the next thing. You will get the most benefit if you slow down and take your time. Be open to the angels’ guidance in your life.
Slow down so that you can hear the angels’ messages.
Begin at the earth star chakra only when you are already familiar and have had some practice using the techniques described in these next few pages. I add the infinity symbol ∞ throughout the book as a gentle reminder to pause, reflect, and make notes if you choose to.
Setting Your Intention
If you have attended my workshops you will know how important I consider setting your intention. It is like placing an order for a meal. The order needs to be clear so it can come to you. If I walked into a restaurant and told the waiting staff, “I just want something that I like to eat,” they would be puzzled and wonder what to bring me.
To set your intention, ask yourself the question, what would I like to receive from this book? Note down the ideas that flow into your mind. Take some time to refine your “request” so it is clear and coherent. When you say it out loud, check—is it easy to say and remember? In my experience, intentions that are long and meandering are harder to manifest. Coming back to the restaurant analogy, it is okay to want a number of things, so long as we are clear and concise about them.
Revisit your intention regularly, ideally each time you pick up this book. Review it and check in with how it’s coming along.

Under the Law of Grace, readers of this book will receive a massive
light boost and countless blessings. More and more people will
learn to connect with their angels and experience the miracles of
Angel EFT. This will add greatly to the ascension of humankind
for the highest good of all.

How Chakras Reveal Life Lessons
Learning about the chakras was one of the things that helped me most after having a spiritual awakening in my twenties. The chakras illuminate so much. They are like a map to our lives and they highlight certain lessons.
When I then learned through the Diana Cooper School teachings that there were 12 fifth-dimensional ones rather than the initial seven I had familiarized myself with, my ascension experience magnified. So I was guided to write this book as an Angel EFT journey through these 12 chakras. I talk about different angels, masters, and high-frequency guides that associate with each chakra, and lessons that occur in relation to that chakra. Some of our life lessons cross several chakras.
Kindness Helps Us with Our Lessons
If we complete a wonderful meditation in the morning sending healing and light but spend the rest of the day bossing people about and making cruel remarks, something within us is off kilter and we have self-healing to do. It is our behaviour out in the world and in our relationships at home where we do the most learning associated with love and using our power with wisdom. When we meditate and connect with spirit, we receive the wisdom and guidance to help us in those spaces.
Sometimes we have to be presented with the same lesson over and over again until we master it. It is the generosity of the Earth experience that allows us so many chances. Be kind and encouraging to yourself when you see you are repeating something many times. Kindness is the fuel of lasting positive changes.
The Lightworker Concept
When I first heard the word lightworker years ago, it resonated with me right away. I thought, “Yes, I am one of those. I am here to bring more light.” Being a lightworker is not simple and bringing more light is not always going to be the first thought in people’s minds. There are many lightworkers who have come on assignment to bring more light, but might seem unrecognizable as they are struggling on their mission, feeling bogged down with the challenges.
Sometimes I question the term lightworker. Aren’t we all one of these? Or potentially so? Couldn’t those who do wicked things in the world be lightworkers who have lost their way? Does the term create a division of those who are and those who are not? I don’t know the answers to these questions, but still the term makes sense to me.
You shining your light inspires others, and reminds people of their own light. And that is true whether they are a lightworker or not.
EFT Tapping and the Development of Angel EFT
When we’re stressed, the prefrontal cortex in the brain, which controls our reasoning and logic, temporarily shuts down, and our body releases a surge of adrenaline and cortisol. EFT tapping can help soothe the amygdala, promote the release of calming chemicals, and restore us to a more balanced state.
EFT tapping was originally founded by Gary Craig, who was inspired by the work of Roger Callahan on Thought Field Therapy. Many other wise beings since have been using tapping for well-being and I have also worked a lot with Silvia Hartmann’s Modern Energy Tapping.
I learned EFT originally from my good friend and trainer, Helen Ryle. I had already begun working with angels at this point, having trained with the Diana Cooper Foundation, now the Diana Cooper School of White Light, a few years prior. Helen and I travelled together to see Sacramento Tapping wizard, Brad Yates, in Cork, and I came away from his demonstration buzzing with excitement. I knew tapping was going to change my life in a big way.
The thought came soon after: “Imagine combining this with angel work.”
I studied with Helen to become an Energy EFT tapping practitioner and trainer, and the journey continued. Brad Yates also remains a great inspiration to me; and he interviewed me about Angel EFT and abundance on his YouTube show, Get Ready!
I have huge gratitude for the founders of EFT and tapping, as well as to Silvia Hartmann, whose style of tapping was the method used in my first Angel EFT book, Angel EFT: Tap into the Angelic Realms with Modern Energy EFT. I still find these methods very effective.
Deeper into my Angel EFT journey, I was guided to the points that we will look at now for the purposes of this book. As you read, stop and try each one so you can practise right away. If tapping is new to you, this will help you to familiarize yourself.
