Lili, A Moroccan girl raised by the American Ambassador, must choose whether to become the American lady she is educated to be, or to embrace her Moroccan heritage. She falls in love with a dashing Moroccan noble, but decides to marry an American diplomat. When her marriage fails she must make a difficult choice.
