My husband's grandma stood in her tiny bungalow and created magic. He so missed her tamales, that I began several years of trial and error to present to him a tamale his grandma could be proud of. Every recipe I looked at seemed so intimidating, so I created a simple step by step instruction book so that anyone can achieve the tamale. This book is a result of all my work.
