Living silently has never been so dangerous as it is now for Keira. She's met her literal Soul Mate, Kaosu, but there's quite a few problems. His side of the city is filled with criminals, but her side is so strict that the government could be watching you at any given moment. Keira gets swept up into an invasion, a revolution and a human-meat smuggling operation... which isn't too surprising, considering her Soul Mate is a notorious criminal, who also happens to be a cannibal.
