- Ali Bryan’s debut YA novel was longlisted for the Wilbur Smith Adventure Writing Prize. Her debut adult novel, Roost, won the Georges Bugnet Award for Fiction and was selected for One Book Nova Scotia. Her second novel for adults was a finalist for the Stephen Leacock Memorial Medal for Humour and has been optioned for TV by Sony Pictures. She has been nominated for numerous other awards as well. Takedown is a deep, emotionally driven tale of sacrifice and the value of family.
