Notă biografică

Christiana Purdy Moudarres received her doctorate in Italian Language and Literature at Yale University with a dissertation on the intersection of medicine and theology in Dante's Divine Comedy. Currently an M.A.R. Candidate at Yale Divinity School, her research focuses on the relationship between science and religion in Medieval and early Renaissance culture. Together with Andrea Moudarres, she is co-editor of a forthcoming volume of collected essays, Foundations of Modernity: New Worlds in the Italian Renaissance (Brill).
