Two little girls from the early seventies had brought home a helpless kitten. The kitten was badly injured. The oldest, Janet, begged her parents to keep it. Her birthday was coming soon, and knowing she wasn't getting a birthday that year, she decided the injured kitten would be a lovely gift and make her very happy. When she had brought the kitten back to as normal as can be expected, the girls' father told the children they would be moving very far away. However, the girls' cousin was going to join them, and she owned a Doberman pinscher. Needless to say, the trip became a disaster. Sunshine, the cat, escaped and took off running from the dog, which frightened him. Janet went into despair over losing her best friend in the whole world and the love of her life until a divine dream came to her one night. Janet knew Sunshine was just fine thanks to her dream. She knew this dream had to have come from God. Since her dream, Janet knew she will indeed see her best friend, Sunshine, again someday.
