Robert Lindros dies of liver disease after his liver transplant fails. He donates his body to science. A brain research team harvests Lindros' brain and they are able to preserve it and give the brain life. But as the researchers run tests on the brain Robert Lindros as a disembodied brain begins to have strange and unusual experiences. Later Lindros discovers the truth and is invited to participate in the experiment.
