The Thomas family once again threatens Bixie in this Sleaufort adventure. During this Valentine season, the candy offered to Bixie is deadly, and the sweetheart-stalkers have the ever-familiar Thomas eyes. Bixie is surrounded by her back-biting, ever increasingly demented co-workers at the courthouse. There is no help offered from neighbors or friends in her encounters with the Thomas clan.
