Notă biografică
R.N.F. (RICHARD) SKINNER has published the novel 'Still Crazy...'(SilverWood, 2020) and several poetry collections, as well as composing lyrics for a range of songs including the musical 'Bethlehem!'. His short stories, well represented in the current collection, have appeared in a range of literary magazines, and have twice gained him a literary award from South West Arts. While studying for a degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University, he was invited to become a member of the famous 'Footlights' club, later co-founding and performing with a cabaret-revue team. He continues to write and perform sketch-based comedy in cabaret, the scripts of some of his sketches are included in the current collection. Following 'Still Crazy...' and the current collection 'After All...', he is working on a novella entitled 'These Years' and intends to publish in the near future. He moved from London to Devon in 1975 to focus on his writing whilst working in a variety of jobs, mainly in the mental health sector. In 2012 he was awarded a doctorate from Exeter University for his thesis on religion and evolutionary theory.
