Notă biografică

DAVID STEINMAN was a consulting expert to the U.S. National Security Council regarding the ouster of Haiti's Duvalier regime that began the cascade of falling right wing dictatorships at the end of the twentieth century. He later coordinated private support for Southeast Asian anti-Communist resistance groups.
While serving as senior foreign adviser to Ethiopia's democracy movement, Steinman co-planned its 2005 election and civil disobedience campaign voted that year's "Most Important African Event" in a BBC poll. It set in motion the series of momentous changes now underway in this key Western ally, Africa's second most populous country, and inspired Money, Blood and Conscience.
In December 2020, Mr. Steinman filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court that accused World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom of crimes against humanity committed as an Ethiopian official. News of the complaint was featured on the London Times' front page and went viral, exposing Tedros' criminality to the world.
David Steinman has a degree in Economics from the Wharton School. He was nominated for the 2019 Nobel Peace Prize.
