Staying With It
Autor Gordon Macfarlanden Limba Engleză Paperback – 15 aug 2026
MacFarland blends personal stories, scientific insights, and practical lessons on topics ranging from biomechanics, recovery, strength training, and age grading to motivation, resilience, and consistency. Staying With It offers encouragement without denying the realities of aging. The book's focus is on what one can gain from running at any age: health, purpose, and friendship.
It is both an evidence-based guide and a personal reflection on the enduring rewards of lifelong running. Whether you are striving to remain competitive or simply hope to continue running for the joy of it, Staying With It reminds us that while our goals may change, the reasons likely carry over from our younger years.
