This is a well-conceived, well-written book, which informs not only the specialist but also will be very useful as a student text.
These essays provide a thoughtful starting point for those concerned with the post-Cold War international system, and should be of use to scholars and those in public service alike.
A very nicely done compendium of essays. I should imagine this work would be most appropriate and welcome in graduate seminars dealing with national affairs matters.
