Notă biografică
Judi Shink is an educator, consultant, speaker, and storyteller, with over 30 years of experience helping individuals and communities learn, connect, and grow. She holds a Bachelor's degree in early childhood and elementary education and a Master's in Family Education. In 2024 she founded, Judi Speaks, a platform offering speaking, education, and consulting on a wide range of topics from Holocaust education to parenting children with unique needs to supporting families navigating medical crises. Judi is the first American-born member of her family, and a granddaughter of four Holocaust Survivors. In 2017 she co-founded Generations After MN, through the Jewish Community Relations Council, as a space for third generation descendants to share, learn, and build community. She has spoken to well over 15,000 people across schools, hospitals, professional trainings, and community gatherings, and her writing has been published on Kveller.A Milwaukee native, Judi's deep commitment to advocacy and education is reflected in her volunteer work with Pacer Center, Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, Camp Odayin, The Ronald McDonald House, and Children's Minnesota. In 2022, Judi was honored with the World Saver Award at the Minneapolis Jewish Federation's Pearl Society Women of Intention Event. Her leadership roles include serving on the boards of NCJW Minnesota and The IHRE (Institute of Holocaust Research and Education).
