At Mrs Mothwick's Magic Academy, Sparky and Carl have been trying really hard to learn magic, but it's just not working. To make matters worse, the Grand Council of Wizardry and Witchiness are coming to inspect the school. Unless Sparky can master his magic tricks, he will get in big trouble - and the school could even be forced to close.
