Her creators, Portuguese photographer Diogo Duarte and psychotherapist Jessica Mitchell, who originally hails from Brooklyn, speak of her as being 'born.' In reality, the birth of Sour-Puss has been a gradual one, and her character has developed as her story has unravelled.
