Soldiers' Flowers: Artists in Afghanistan

Autor LG Hoare
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 30 iun 2012
Soldiers' Flowers: Artists in Afghanistan is a rich gallery of artworks ranging from the polished to spontaneous, selected for their immediacy and sense of engagement. The picture that emerges is far removed from the footage of the 24-hour news machine, and reminds us that in a world beyond the headlines, British forces are supporting ordinary men, women and children in making the best of their lives."... a splendidly evocative album of Afghan memories." - The Guards Magazine
