Smoke's home is in danger once more. When the Stormies get back together and Smoke and Coal are forced out of their home by a flood, they find that Storm has made a new camp, and new allies. He's finding even more cats to join his side and threatening to take over the city. Soon many problems arise, and the alley cats must rise up to face them. Smoke and his friends are put to the test.
