Recenzii
Dr. Hebert writes as he taught the topic of global business for almost 20 years; with a foundational approach to geographic maps. With this foundation, he adds various layers of cultural and economic factors to gain a clearer understanding of this complex subject. After a brief history lesson going back thousands of years to China, Egypt, and Mesopotamia, he continues his focus on the natural resource of oil and its impact on past and present economic policies. Finally, with our growing population, he discusses sustainability in regards to scarce resources and how students should attempt to be global citizens of noble character prepared to make a difference in the world of global business. This book is an excellent representation of his teachings over the years that made him a popular yet challenging professor.
