He brings a unique blend of ministry experience, research expertise, strategic thinking, and practical leadership to church and organizational development. He has trained more than 5,000 professionals in leadership, innovation, marketing, brand growth, and systems thinking.Ade lives by one guiding principle: If it will not improve the health and growth of people, organizations, communities, or nations; create a better today and a more promising tomorrow; help us understand and avoid mistakes; inspire positive change and innovation; or contribute to a better world, then it is neither worthy of our attention, investment, nor pursuit. For Small Is Big, he writes from a deep conviction that God often accomplishes His greatest works through humble service, faithful stewardship, and the quiet influence of ordinary believers committed to advancing His Kingdom.
