Skye is fourteen years old, and for most of her life she's been raised by her older brother Jimmy. His idea of providing a life for Skye includes living on the streets, conning people for money, and often leaving her for days at a time. But Jimmy is all Skye has, and being separated from him is her worst nightmare. Skye would do anything to stay with Jimmy... even if it means she's in danger. As Jimmy's behavior becomes increasingly destructive, Skye must figure out how to balance love for her brother with keeping herself safe.
