Jimmy's a brimming composer. Young and black British, he learns a lot from women; black women teach, white women teach it a bit differently. But before getting to all that, a version of the Black Panthers was in 1970s England. The road ahead look good. But hypocrites lurked. Now too many signposts are bare: they could definitely use a new coat of paint.
