Notă biografică

Best known as The Body Coach, Joe Wicks has transformed the way millions approach fitness and nutrition through his online HIIT workouts, bestselling books, and hugely popular fitness app. Joe shot to fame with his Lean in 15 recipe book series and became known as the nation's P.E. teacher during the COVID-19 pandemic, leading daily livestreamed workouts for families around the world. His efforts not only kept people moving during lockdown but also raised over £650,000 for charity, earning him an MBE from Queen Elizabeth II for services to fitness and charity.

Rosie Wicks is a busy mum, homeschooling four young children under 8. She's featured on the BodyCoach app. She's not a fan of cardio but she loves lifting weights and maintains her strength with three short, home workouts a week. On the whole, she enjoys healthy home cooking but is also partial to a burger and chips and is a real foodie at heart.
