Sirens and Shenanigans

Jesse Roder is a paramedic and firefighter with twenty-four years on the front line, where he learned that dark humor and brutal honesty are sometimes the only things that keep you breathing. As a writer with dyslexia, he never expected to publish a book-but storytelling became his way to honor the people he serves, spark conversations about trauma, and remind first responders they're not alone. Off duty, Jesse coaches high school athletes, mentors the next generation, and shares his hard-earned perspective with anyone who needs a laugh or a little hope. He lives in Michigan with his family, grateful every day for the chance to turn his experiences into something that helps others heal.
