For reasons known only to each of them, Jason and Moriah have separately sought sanctuary in different parts of the mountains completely removing themselves from civilization. After years of surviving alone in their hideaways, they discover one another. Each dreams of being together, but they don't meet, until a raging blizzard brings them together. Once united, they fall deeply in love. After spending only a few months of pleasure together, Moriah is abducted by mercenaries and taken to her conniving mother. Their mysterious pasts unravel and intertwine as Jason desperately searches for Moriah to save her from a terrible fate that is looking more and more like murder.
