Silent Tears is a collection of poetry that is symbolic of one girls struggle to adulthood. Kimberly Sherrelle went through several phases in her adolescence and early adulthood. Through this journey Kimberly finally finds her place in Womanhood. She is no longer a pretender but a doer.
