Notă biografică

Professor Jurgen Schlabbach obtained his Ph.D. from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany. He worked as a Consultant Engineer until 1992 with responsibility for the planning and design of public and industrial supply systems. Since then he has worked at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld, Germany as Professor for Power System Engineering and Utilisation of Renewable Energy. His main interests are power systems planning, fault analysis, power quality, interference problems and connection of renewable energy sources to power systems, and he carries out consultancy work in these fields.
