It is so easy to get wrapped up into what family thinks about you, what society thinks about you, what friends think about you, etc. and it can be forgotten that what matters most is what you think about yourself. You must love yourself completely, flaws and all, before you can even begin to love someone else. This workbook is a tool that was designed to get women, and girls, to start thinking about what love is to them and what self-love consists of.
