The following afternoon, Eric meets a mutual friend of the unnerved heiress who invites him, along with five others, to stay for an extended weekend at the manor. That night, a shriek awakens the guests and soon after a man is found dead.

Everyone in the community, especially those who stay at the manor, are sure that the vengeful ghost of Melissa Dearborn, who drowned eight months ago, is responsible. But Eric isn't convinced.
