What the files describe is finance, philanthropy, science, and state security operating as one: a shadow empire that kept one of the world’s most notorious sexual predators at its switchboard for a decade, and did not mind. A million of his dollars now sits in an emergency-call company inside American 911 centers. Removing him did not remove the shadow empire.

Sayer Ji is an investigative researcher, author, and publisher. In 2008, he founded GreenMedInfo.com, one of the world’s leading independent health research platforms, indexing tens of thousands of peer-reviewed studies. He is the internationally bestselling author of Regenerate: Unlocking Your Body’s Radical Resilience Through the New Biology, published in six languages.
Ji is chairman and co-founder of the Global Wellness Forum, co-founder of Stand for Health Freedom, and senior advisor to MAHA Action. In 2021, he was named to the “Disinformation Dozen,” a list compiled by a British nonprofit, cited by the White House, and enforced by the platforms that then removed him. He was a plaintiff in Finn v. Global Engagement Center, the federal case built to test that system, dismissed in 2026 on procedural grounds before any evidence was examined. He co-founded Restore the First, a citizens’ coalition and public documentary archive demanding a congressional accounting. He has spoken at the European Parliament on health sovereignty and censorship and has spent two decades studying how institutions defend themselves against evidence. This book is where that study led.
