I was taught that sex is dirty. I had my first orgasm at eighteen years old. That was after my first marriage ended in divorce and I had a two-year-old child. So you can imagine what was going through my mind. Sex began to take on a whole new meaning for me. I'm not saying that I was very promiscuous, but I did have a number of partners between my twenties and age forty-five. Most of them were long-term relationships, sprinkled with a few one-night stands and short-term sexual encounters here and there.
