In this sequel to Jule's Story, Jule finds himself on the planet Sedna. While stuck on Sedna, Jule, from Earth, takes to his role of ruler of the planet with about as much enthusiasm as the average student preparing for an exam. He would rather be fishing. Meanwhile, his twin, Albert, takes over his life on Earth with much more enthusiasm. Albert takes advantage of every moment he has, whale watching, fishing, meeting the locals. They are identical in almost every way, but there is still one person on both worlds who can tell them apart.
