There's an arsonist on the loose in San Diego County igniting wild fires in the dry, overgrown canyons whenever the Santa Ana winds blow. Doctor Vanessa Tornen lives with her mother and daughter in a house that overlooks one of those canyons. When she accepts a position at a women's center, Doctor Tornen thinks she may have finally found the job, and perhaps even the man, of her dreams. Then a group of pro-life fanatics decides to shut down the center by intimidating their employees and their families. Vanessa's entire world could come crashing down around her, if it doesn't go up in flames first.
