'Sarjana' is a collection of original poems composed by of Dr. Pathak in different time periods. The poems compiled in this book have been composed with a view to expose the social distortions. Some poems are inspired by the feeling of patriotism, some are vocal to provide protection from the terrorism, while some talk about women empowerment. In certain poetic genres, there is a sense of being faithful to the supreme power. In some, the expressions of love for nature have been expressed by the captivating depiction of nature.
