Same time next year?

Jamie has to do well. Nervous, uncertain, he knows that this new job is his chance-his ticket to a future he hadn't even imagined. Working among the techies at the annual Food and Beverage Expo in the country's biggest convention centre, he's captivated and enchanted by its energy, colour and buzz. The place is unlike anything he's ever known.

He's also captivated and enchanted by the bubbly brunette on the catering stall opposite. Vibrant and vivacious, she too is unlike anyone he's ever known.

Despite fatherly warnings from his supervisor Chilly, Jamie and the pretty brunette hook up for a night of fun and passion. In the morning she's gone, and it will be a whole year until the next FaB-Ex.

As darkness begins to gather at the edges of Jamie's world, this wonderful, lively and enigmatic girl becomes a bright light to remember in his darkest moments. But will she be back at FaB-Ex again, at the same time next year?
