The Danglers series follows a submerged city of sin called New Holland, which cruises the international waters of the world peddling sex, drugs, untested medical procedures, and a host of other questionable goods and services to visitors. Book Three introduces New Holland's customers to a new form of live entertainment called the Tontine, which pits Bloodsport champions against one another in fights to the death. This development draws the ire of protestors, who may be even more dangerous than the musclemen competing in the new weekly death match.
