Her best friend is gone. Her Papa is gone. All Joon has left is her bike, her guns, her rum, money and a note left behind after her home was broken into. Someone knows the location of her father, and now she is determined to find him and return him home.
Embarking on a mission to find her father, Joon ventures forth.
She must travel to Athena, host of the gladiator-style competition, the "Tournament of Athena", and assist a particular participant in winning the contest.
Underprepared for the journey ahead, Joon embarks on a transformative road trip, unearthing facets of herself and her capabilities beyond her wildest expectations.
Along the way, she meets Nayda, a brilliant weapons specialist from the Ahi region and an inventor, who helps her understand her abilities and cultivate better relationships with others. Together, they brave the daunting jungle, and Joon learns the value of companionship, even in the face of annoyance.
