NAVMC 2925---This desk guide is intended to be a tool for developing and maintaining a Retired Activities Office (RAO) at a local installation. The ideas and information, much of which has been contributed by RAO volunteers, are offered for planning and managing the installation RAO offices. The objectives of this guide are: to help establish a viable RAO; to be a step-by-step guide to running an RAO; to provide ideas to enhance the knowledge; and involvement of the local retired community.
