Retain Our Science Students is a project that focuses on the retention of first year and second year science students. This issue is of particular interest because science students have been changing majors to avoid science classes, there has been a decrease in enrollment of science classes, and assessment reveals a reduction in the completion rates of science majors. It is the belief herein that the proposed strategies will effectively address these issues.
