Reform Architecture was a widespread architectural movement in the period between 1900 and 1920 whose proponents saw architecture as a means to create a better society. Major reform architects included Hermann Muthesius, Peter Behrens, Hans Poelzig, Heinrich Tessenow, and Heinz Stoffregen. This book offers the first complete inventory of an architectural concept that began at the turn of the century and gradually waned after the First World War.
