KIMBERLY WEICHEL is a cross-cultural specialist, educator, author and nonprofit leader who has directed women's leadership organizations and peacebuilding initiatives for over 30 years. A Rotary Peace Fellow, she teaches at the Lifelong Learning Institute at American University in Washington, DC and advises nonprofits.
SHANNON KOLLASCH is a rising nonprofit leader who lives at the intersection of nonprofits, arts, and technology. She is program director at Amplifi Napa Valley and has driven strategy across arts, education, and health organizations. She founded Lumi Tutors, which connects Chicago high schoolers with college mentors.
