Kate Crowley is associate professor of public policy at the University of Tasmania. Jenny Stewart is professor of public policy at the ADFA School of Business at the University of New South Wales. Adrian Kay is education director and professor of government at the Crawford School of Public Policy at Australian National University. Brian Head is professor in the School of Political Science at the University of Queensland.
