Notă biografică
Ali Moore is an accredited coach, positive psychology therapist and mindfulness practitioner. Through her private therapy practice, Bemoore Ltd., she specialises in confidence, reconnection and removal of OCD/self-harm behaviours. She is the founder of #FindYourRoar, one of the UK's leading confidence workshops for women, and of the Reconnection Community Groups for women of all backgrounds to share support in their local community. Among her many speaking projects, she was lead speaker for the Historic Royal Palaces Feminist Fête hosted by the Tower of London in May 2018. In addition to running her successful therapy practice, Ali is a practising celebrant. She lives with her family near Bedford, England.
