All the poems I have written in this book are true and come from my heart. I started writing one day, and the words kept coming. It was a very emotional day: but it also offered me closure. I wrote these poems with the hope of helping anyone who is or has ever been in an abusive relationship. I have covered every emotion and feeling I had, not leaving anything out. I hope that this book travels with you wherever you go, to offer you support and encouragement whenever you need it.
