Mind your own business. Get through the day. That's Frankie's philosophy and it works for him. That is, until that annoying new kid, Ralph Simian, transfers to Frankie's school. Now Frankie is forced to use his considerable brains for more than just math and reading. He hatches one scheme after another to deal with Ralph. Some things work out as planned. Others...not so much.
