Shortly after Nell's husband announced his desire for a divorce, they left their suburban homes in Michigan for a life on a Texas ranch. Broken hearted and dejected, Nell works hard to start a new life. With the ever-supportive Myrt, she finds new skills, adventures and love. But it is not without humor. Nor is it easy.
