It's been three years after Owen Grey's trip to Earth and much has changed. His sister Blake is getting married to local "Golden Boy" Parker Sheraton, and the upcoming Commander Election is shaping up to be a family affair. However, all is not what it seems. Behind the facade of expanding the colony, the ESB, led by Owen's sinister Uncle Ernie, has a secret agenda that reaches far beyond space exploration for a "better future."
