In this charming twist on the classic game, players race their bunnies across the board and off the other side. Like backgammon, you'll roll dice to move your pieces, pass opponents, and try to be the first to guide all your rabbits safely home.
With two ways to play depending on age and experience, it's an easy and engaging introduction to a family favorite. Start with Carrot Hop, a quick, beginner-friendly version with fewer pieces and simple movement-perfect for first-time players. Then flip the board to play Forest Race, a more advanced version that builds on classic backgammon-style moves and strategy (without the doubling cube).
Made for 2 players, ages 4+, this game helps kids develop patience, focus, and strategic thinking as well as an understanding of turn-taking and how to win and lose with grace.
Inside the box, you'll find 30 wooden rabbit counters, two wooden dice, a double-sided gameboard, and instructions in English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, and Spanish.
The game is made using FSC-certified paper and wood, and the packaging is printed with 75% recycled materials and vegetable inks.
AIM OF THE GAME:
Hop your rabbits across the board, over carrots or through trees. The first player to move all their bunnies off the board wins.
SETUP:
Choose the Carrot Hop side (ages 4-6 or beginners) or the Forest Race side (ages 6+ or experienced players).
HOW TO PLAY: CARROT HOP
Place four rabbits on your starting carrot. Roll the die-the highest number goes first.
On your turn, roll the die and move one rabbit forward that number of spaces. You can pass other rabbits, but no more than four rabbits can share a carrot space. Land on a chomped carrot and-uh-oh!-your bunny goes back to the start.
Be the first to move all your rabbits off the board to win! 
HOW TO PLAY: FOREST RACE
Set up your rabbits as shown in the instructions. Roll to see who goes first.
On your turn, roll both dice. Move one rabbit the total number or split the move between two rabbits. You can pass other rabbits, but you cannot land on a space with two or more of your opponent's rabbits. Land on a single opponent rabbit and send it back to start.
Be the first to move all your rabbits off the board to win!
